Finlay Insurance (Brokers) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary is among the leading insurance brokers operating in Sri Lanka and the Maldvies. Licensed to operate as a broker by the Insurance Board of Sri Lanka, the Company represents Asian Reinsurance Brokers ( one of the leading insurance brokers in the Asian region) for insurance and reinsurance opportunities in the region. Additionally, Finlays also has an agreement with Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd of India to service mutual clients operating in each Company's region of activity. Finlays is also a member of the Sri Lanka Brokers Association.

A separate division offers marine survey and marine claim adjustment services to Sri Lankan insurers and numerous overseas insurers. These services are also available to other interested parties as well. The division represents W. K. Webster in respect of such services.       

The Company offers these insurance services to clients operating in the Republic of the Maldives as well.
